We were so fortunate to work with Tracy Davis, who is a fantastic real estate agent, who juggles all the moving parts so well, and is a gracious professional. She worked closely with us to prepare the family house for sale, preparing and pacing it all very well. She is consultative and I trusted her judgement, which was always spot on.

Tracy was very professional and personable who bent over backwards to meet our needs which was challenging as we did most of our transactions virtually with our son-in-law acting as our proxy since we live in Southern California. She was thorough and always kept us abreast of what needed to be done efficiently with clear communication via telephone, email, text, FaceTime and Docusign. When we flew up to have an in person inspection it was a flawless transition, as if we had been meeting in person all the while!
